Very protective of the tube
Installed this and I ride 100 miles+ per week and have not had a thorn problem yet here in the southwest desert

A must for the urban commuter
I have plucked bits of glass out of my tires and my tubes were not punctured thanks to this product. If you use your bike for transportation and don't wanna get stuck swapping a tube on the way to work, you should get these

Trash! Compelete Trash! Buy at risk to life and limb!
After getting a puncture on my way to work I thought I’d up the thorn protection by added these. A few weeks later I have a rapid flat while cornering resulting in me rolling my bike at 16mph. I thought I’d ruptured the tube, turns out the thorn protectors end sliced into my tube when I went into the corner.Cons:They can slice your tube! They are cumbersome to installThey can slice your tube! They come one per packageThey can slice your tube!Pros:Only if you like road rash!Only if you like deep tissue BruisingOnly if you like to burn through sick daysI've been biking for forty years and have never seen such a horrible product. I have run thorn protectors, in my older mountain bike that still uses tubes, without issue for 30 years. I pulled the rear liner and tube and it had a similar wear mark but no slice yet. Two trashed tubes and two trash liners.Bike: Trek XO1, 55cmWheel: Mavic Aksium Race 622x15Tire: Continental Grand Prix 5000 700x28cTube: Michelin A2Drive: Shimano M8000Photo 1: See the groove slowing being cut along with the portion that was nicked out causing the crashPhoto 2: See the sharp enough edge on the tire side of the liner.Photo 3: See the hand size bruise on my left shoulderPhoto 4: See the road rash on my left knee

Debatable usefulness.
I’ll remain unsure

Thorn bike tire tube protector and candy flaver maker for pizza.
thing to help keep my tires from going flat. It was easy to install and seems to work. I think it should be a 5 star but I just wanted somebody to read this.

I mean, I guess its doing its job. No way for me to say it is stopping things. I'll be able to tell you if it ever fails though.

ONLY ONE LINER (Though the photo shows two)
Be aware, THIS IS ONLY A SINGLE TIRE LINER.I know, I should have read the description more closely, HOWEVER, I think many people, myself included, look at the photo displayed, and don't read the entire description when they're in a hurry. The cover photo clearly shows two tire liners. I thought I was getting two liners. I figured since it was only a couple dollars cheaper than the 'Mr. Tuffy' tire liners (a brand name I recognize), this item (from a brand I don't recognize) would contain two. When I contacted the seller for a return, he rudely explained that I have to pay shipping and there would be a 20% restocking fee, which makes it not worth returning it.Oh well, lesson learned. But moving forward, I will not purchase anything from this company again, and I will pay closer attention to ensure that a seller is a Prime seller so I can return the item free of charge if necessary.
