***UPDATE***Used 4 times and no longer works! Don't waste your money or time!I like that the machine is stainless steel and even though it was smaller than I expected I do like the size. It does work and meets most my expectations but has 2 major "issues" that take away 2 stars from my review. 1st the water tank leaks if you leave water in it. I filled the tank expecting to have it all ready for quick use in the morning and when I went to use it the tank was empty and my counter was covered in water. I have tried multiple things to resolve this issue and nothing helps other than making sure the tank is empty anytime the machine is not in use. My 2nd complaint is that it does not stop brewing on it's own. You have to time the shot and turn it off yourself. This makes it very hard to keep your shots consistent. I'm sure with time this will be less of an annoyance but the information given in the description does not tell you this, it leads you to believe it times the shot for you. So ultimately I'm still okay with my purchase but it is not a 5 star product. Just be prepared for what you get.

Updated review:Within a month the machine stopped working. The machine stopped delivering enough pressure to push the water through the beans. After attempting repairs I got it to work for a few extractions but it would still go back to dripping instead of pressing the water through. The warranty that is supposed to exist is worthless as they don’t respond to any claims. Ended up returning to amazon. Fingers crossed they actually refund it.Original review:This is my first espresso machine. Other than knowing I loved espresso I had no idea how to make it before owning this machine. The machine is easy to use and after a few trial and error rounds I was able to make the perfect cup consistently. It pre-heats quickly and from there the process is straight forward.

Nice looking machine and it froths up nicely, but the water does not drain from puck. It also backs up sometimes resulting in water spilling over the edge. I have tried different grind sizes to correct the problem, but I may look at other options for machines.

Literally stopped working after 2 months. The pressure of the water doesn’t make it through the coffee and it’s not draining in the cup. I’m not sure I literally cleaned the whole machine to see if it got clogged or something but it’s just not worth it.

The steamer stopped working after two months had to throw away! Total waste of $130.

Bought this for my daughter and it's crap! Takes WAY to long

We were disappointed when we opened the box. Looks very "cheap" (well, the machine was cheap.. so what did we expect). Fill the reservoir with water, turn it on, fill the portafilter with coffee, turn the dial to the left, and watch the espresso come out. Be careful, it comes out fast and the machine does not automatically turn off!! The coffee we have used thus far has not given us a lot of crema but that can be the coffee rather than the machine. We'll keep playing with it.
