HopperTopper HTOP0001 Lawn and Leaf Bag Funnel

Had I known it was cardboard, I never would have paid over 27 dollars for it. I can’t imagine it will last long.

I love the idea that it is compostable itself, as most bag fillers are made of plastic, but it’s too thin. Broke down after filling 12 bags of Colorado pine needles.

At first I thought this product was garbage, but that was because I missed the last step in the assembly process, folding the edge pieces inward. That is critical! Once I did that, it worked pretty well. My only complaint is that the lawn bags still collapse (especially in the wind) since the HopperTopper just sits on top of it. That makes it top heavy, plus the creases in the bags…just makes them collapse. I’ve only used them a couple times, so I’m still learning the little tricks that might make it work better. Over all, I would probably buy it again.

Not much help with trying to do yardwork and get grass clippings in bag.husband not fan and is easy to just toss aside and loose. Had to buy another type of chute.Although this is great in theory, lightweight and helps hold bag open, not sturdy enough if you are working by yourself.

Does not stay in place or attach. The first part of filling lawn bag is a pain, but once the bag is about a forth full it holds better. What do you expect for cardboard.

Unfortunately this didn't work for me. It was impossible to get it to fit into the bag without a struggle. Once in the bag, it kept collapsing. After placing on a third bag, it just fell apart. This could be a good thing if adjustments were made to the design.

My instinct/skepticism of this cardboard piece of junk were well founded... I could say that it’s worth about 25 cents, but it’s actually worthless cause it just collapses, it literally makes the job of bagging harder than without it!Not worth the flimsy cardboard it’s made of... Should come with a card saying “April Fools Sucker”... I’m literally laughing as I write this, because it’s so bad it’s funny!Would make a nice Dollar Store gage gift... Black out the wording and pass it around at a party and let attendees try to figure out what it does?Might have been worth the 10 bucks just for the laugh!Must of been thought up by some college fraternity as a way to raise beer money!2021’s “Pet Rock”... I’m just jealous I didn’t come up with this scam!
