To be honest when I ordered the personalised diamond painting I was very happy and couldn't wait to start it as it was a gift for my mother. However this changed when I started to do the diamond painting. I noticed the symbols are hard to read. For an example with dark colours like dark grey, army green they have the symbols in black so it's hard or impossible to see which makes this canvas hard to actually do. At least 10 colours on the symbol key is coloured black so I have to use a torch, flash light and even my craft magnifying table light I am using and still can't read it probably. I'm thinking about throwing it away because it's so hard to read which means I could use the wrong colours.I looked at examples other people had put up and thought this would be amazing but the company needs to make some changes.If there are darked drills to be used I think you should have a lighter colour in the symbol.

Fab come within about a week, when given a month delivery. Pic looks very good, I pick 40x30 and u can make out the faces! I had got the same pic from a different company and you couldn't see face very well. Got a pen but also got a finger support too. All beads r in we zippy bags which is grate. Fab will buy from these again.

Excellent, purchased the 70cm x 50cm using a picture of my dog. Was given plenty of diamonds to be able to finish with and had plenty left over at the end. The size I purchased meant there was plenty of detail in the picture for it to be clear and show all the curls like in the picture. Delivery was faster than stated but still did take 3-4 weeks if I remember rightly. Really impressed first one I’d ever done after seeing a TikTok video and really enjoyed doing it. I’m usually a bit impatient and once I start something like to finish it all at once but I just did this gradually as and when I felt like it and it’s really great as you see it slowly come together. Highly recommend was great for keeping me occupied through lockdown but is nice and relaxing at the end of the day too! Not sure if a small size would show a picture of a dog too well but for less intricate pictures maybe like a word or blocks of just colour a smaller size would be good but for anything like an animal or people etc the bigger the size the better the detail. Great value for money too!

I got a 40x40 and finished in 4 days. I'm not overly happy with it as the colours are off. So my son has a big brown mark on his face and I ran out of 1 colour on me so had to pick the nearest colour to it to finish it. But I enjoyed making it.

Great gift, well received. Good likeness to original photo. Good range of tools. Ordered very large size as will be backed and hung on wall. Only a couple of diamonds are unusable due to not coming out of mould properly, doesn't spoil picture. Brilliant birthday present for bored grandparent during lockdown.

This was a great experience. Don’t forget to give a picture that has great quality so all the details are good to see. I made this for my mother in law and it made her smile so brightly!

Really disappointed with this, I have done loads of these diamond paintings and I have never ran out of a certain colour diamond before and it wasn’t just a couple missing, needed over a hundred more to complete the colour, picture is very dark and my sons face looks like he had been in a fight as it is all purple! Also found the grid to be very tight to fit the diamonds on and they continually lift and I have to push them back down time and time again, I actually ordered two at the same time, probably won’t bother doing the second one as I am so disappointed with this one
