Grapes: 100 % Moscato bianco Characteristics: Careful selection of the vineyards and attention to timing of the harvest period means that this Asti develops an incredible personality. By going back to traditional techniques and combining them with the experience of Fontanafredda we have produced an Asti with the aromas and flavours reminiscent of mature Moscato grapes. The result is a sparkling wine that forms a rich, thick foam which gradually reveals a nice straw-yellow colour with green highlights. The bouquet is an explosion of aromas - limetree flowers, acacia, gooseberry and orange, mature peaches and plums. Sage, rosemary and multi-flower honey are also present. On the palate the bubbles form a thick coating which soon melt into a felling of freshness and sweetness. Aftertaste is very long and dominated by an amazing taste of strawberries. Pairings: Although very pleasant alone, Galarej is the perfect accompaniment to lots of desserts, especially those with a delicate flavour.
