The TT522PW-B is a solid little camera. Setup is quite simple, it can record directly to a CIFS share, continuously or on motion alarm. The app is slightly unstable on my iPhone SE; for me it will crash when first opened after having not been used for a while. It always works on the second try, and has never crashed while in use.The motion detection has 4 zones, that can be arbitrarily sized and placed on the frame, so you can focus on area of concern. Any or all of them can be used at once.When it records on alarm, it has options to also capture the previous 5 or 10 seconds before the alarm was triggered. This is useful, since a quick even may be missed unless the video were buffered.The video capture stream is configurable up to a maximum of 1280x720@30fps 4096kbs, and has a number of bandwidth-aware preconfigured settings. Capture format is quicktime .mov. It is accessible, including recorded videos over the internet via the app, so keep that in mind if there are sensitive areas being monitored.Low light performance is poor; early morning and twilight are acceptable, but the image is noisy. Night is basically useless without external illumination. (hence the 4 stars). It doesn't claim to be useful in low light, so it's not really a huge deal.Wireless range is pretty good. Mine is located in my detached garage, about 75 feet from my wireless router (an asus ac3200). I don't have any problems with connectivity so far.Overall, this is exactly what I was looking for. It's a great little camera.EDIT: Today a burglar broke into my house. I got the push notification to my iPhone and decided to view the live feed (I get lots of false alarms from cars passing by). I saw a burglar enter my house, and called the cops. They got him in the act!It's not a perfect camera, but it gets the fifth star back for being reliable, and helping me keep piece of mind.

A good idea that can be executed better.
Its a good idea that can be executed better. I purchased this item in order to be able to watch/record a section of my property that was vandalized recently. All was good in initial testing in my work area - which was right next to my wireless router. Unfortunately the camera would lose connectivity often when placed in the area needed and constantly needed to be reset. This was less than 80ft away and the home Wifi signal can be picked up more than 1/4 mile using other devices. Finally, the camera needs to be plugged into a power source. Thats not a deal breaker, but really makes it less than "covert". Would be great if a battery was readily available for use with it. Ultimately returned it because it constantly dropped the Wifi signal thus making it unsuitable for purpose.

Simple set up??? Not
YOU MUST CHANGE YOUR IP ADDRESS BEFORE YOU CAN DO ANYTHING WITH THIS CAMERA!!!!!!!!!!???????????????The simplest scenario......I do NOT want my camera to be wireless, I just want it to record any event via motion detection to the SD card......simple right? HA!! Instructions say to change your IP address first...yes, change your IP address, then install this and then that all to get to the settings! Which means my camera HAS TO BE SET UP TO BE WIRELESS, all just to get to the settings????? Ridiculous!! I installed the CD for this and installed that, it was a waste of time, I can NOT do anything with the camera until I change my IP address. which is step #1.....stupid, 100% stupid. Nothing like making a simple task difficultSo far I am going to say the reviews of how "easy" this camera is to set up is, well, a set up/phony. All I SHOULD have to do is connect the camera to my laptop, change the setting and bingo......nope. I do NOT want my camera to be wireless, why make that the MOST DIFFICULT setup????????

Most frustrating product to set up
I love the actual design but the setup is monstrous and fails to function over WiFi.I can access when plugged into ethernet port and set up but the moment you unplug from network you cannot reconnect via WiFi at all. I have been totally unable to make this function over WiFi after HOURS of struggling.The online chat on website is a broken link and there is no phone support. I sent email but for all I know that could take days for a reply. If their in China my question would take another day, then they take another day to reply and so on.If your plan is to use this with a hard-wire connection to network then "maybe" it will work but I found it so fare impossible to make it work over wireless.It's as if it vanishes once you unplug the cable and then try access via the IP address.I may play a little more but if this is how it's going to be I will be returning for refund.

Good Product Backed By Good Company
Couldn't be happier with the 2 cameras we purchased. Quality. And when I needed assistance with an advanced feature, TitaThink was quick to respond and made sure I was happy. When we accidentally damaged the power adapter, they stepped in quickly and made sure we got a replacement. Great experience all the way around.

Fantastic camera.i recently moved to a shady area and wanted to keep an eye on my car.this camera delivers.easy setup and excellent clarity.Would definitely recommend.
