If it is dried properly it should not be affected by water. **Q: Could I use this to touch up a shower drain? Or could it not work in a place where it gets wet and walked on? Also, what's with the cancer warning?** A: This paint is used for wood and plastic models. I don't think it will stand up to water and foot traffic. It is a lacquer based paint and therefore carries a cancer warning if you should try and drink it. **Q: Can it paint plastic items like glasses frames?** A: Yes it can paint plastic. **Q: Would this be okay to use on a car emblem?** A: Yes you could paint a car emblem no problem and the paint will last no chipping good quality of paint ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Testers black paint *by M***E on January 1, 2026* Good paint! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Still the same Testors paint as the old days *by M***L on April 28, 2024* I only needed a few drops of this paint but it was perfect, just as I remembered it ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality model paint. *by R***G on January 13, 2024* Thank’ too Amazon I’m able too obtain Testors paint for my hobbies with out driving 15 miles to the nearest hobby shop. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.be/products/19374497-testor-corp-enamel-1-4-oz-flat-black-tes1149tt-plastics](https://www.desertcart.be/products/19374497-testor-corp-enamel-1-4-oz-flat-black-tes1149tt-plastics) --- *Product available on Desertcart Belgium* *Store origin: BE* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
