MY HUSBAND AND i HAVE EACH LOST OVER 30 POUNDS BY USING THIS, KETOBERRY AND VITAMINS! Both have Caffine as well, so, I have cut out regular coffee. We both have modified our diets in other ways. My husband has cut down portion size and eats less junk food. He still eats almost everything else except fried food.I have had to do more ratical eating to keep up with him, such as:I don't eat beef or pig produsts due to the type of fat they have.I gave up milk (Still eat cheese products) and now drink Unsweetend Almond milk with Stevia as the sweetener. (Milk bloats and causes imflamation!)I gave up carbonated colas and occassionally have carbonated water with orange juice. (Any Colas are so bad for diets)I gave up most junk food, bread, sweets and fried anything.I do eat chicken, fish, yogurt, nuts, vegis and fruits.I can have a piece of dark chocolate and I do schedule treats like Chocolate Almond milk, Crackers, and other items just occassionally. I really don't miss the bad eating and feel energized and never hungry everyday!My husband has the last 10 pounds and I have 30 more to go, but, we are commited after getting such good results from our program. Be sure to consult your doctor before doing a diet and take vitamin suppliments. (Suggest Vitamins B Complex, C, D and a multi vitamin.) Excercise to keep the results.

Product makes you jittery and go to the bathroom. The company has horrible customer service I would not reccommend the purchase. The green coffee extract I purchased in the meantime from my local vitamin shop was much better and I did not experience the same jittery feelings.

Not sure this really helped energy wise or appetite wise? Didn't really feel a big difference, but also took this product along with Garcina Cambogia from New Life Botanicals. It just felt like I was taking this pill for no reason towards the end.... I heard about this through Dr. Oz's show, but this didn't work too well for me...

This stuff is amazing. I take three a day and find that they really curb my appetite. I don't feel like I'm missing out. I actually feel full and have no desire to eat more. I'll always use Green Bean.

I have read great things about this product and know it will work for me. I need something to get me started.

This stuff is a joke. It is like taking nothing. It did nothing for me at all. I don't understand the reviews where it worked so great. I never saw an ounce of change. It was a rip off.

I HAVE'NT USED IT LONG ENOUGH TO FEEL A DIFFERENCE, BUT SO FAR I DON'T THINK IT HAS MADE A DIFFERENCE IN MY BODY OR FEELING BETTER. I HAVE A LITTLE MORE ENERGY, BUT NOT ENOUGH TO CONTINUE TO USE IT. PHYLLIS GOULAIT

This product, while it aids with weight control is no substitute for exercise and diet. With regular exercise and proper diet I believe it is effective.
