Multiple pieces have their faces and back sides peeled off and we had to reglue them back. Loads of wood dust in the box too. Poor quality control.

Awesome quality puzzle but is a big challenge if you’re up for it!!!

Very difficult puzzle and the completed result isn’t rewarding! I thought I may frame it, do you think I should? Missing 22 pieces and 3 extra pieces of no fit anywhere. I am very disappointed, no more purchase from this brand! Ever!

I like it very much. It is very suitable for me to spend my spare time. I strongly recommend it and it is worth buying.

Not all puzzels pieces were in the box and I only now want to return it for it is no good to me

This is the 5th wooden puzzle I have purchased , (different sellers) first time from this seller ... it’s a beautiful puzzle BUT the quality is awful... so many pieces are curved upwards , bent or snapped .. some areas do not lock in tight and you can see the gap.. I double and triple checked to see if that’s where it goes and it right... i had high hopes for this puzzle ....

The quality of the puzzle was good, but it was extremely difficult. The backside of the puzzle is labeled with letters to aid in putting it together and actually is the only way to see if the pieces fit. I love puzzles but put this one away before I even got halfway through. Very disappointed as I thought the image was quite beautiful.
