These are great copper pans. The handles are thick and are well made. The handles are fastened using rivets and are professionally done. I highly recommend this seller as well. The pan heats up within seconds!

They are good value for the price - they are not Super expensive, four-times-the-price French cookware after all. The quality was better than I expected. Nice cast handles, well attached, good weight and a good finish for the price. They were advertised as a 21cm dish and they are exactly that size - a good size for shakshuka or menemen (breakfast/brunch dishes) for one to two people.

This product was a gift as requested by the recipient. The product is supposed to be a paella and omelette pan., it is far too small for either use. It would only be of use as an individual serving dish.

It's really attractive and seems quite robust, but probably more as a serving plate than for use in cooking; it discoloured slightly after being put in the oven.
