I received my Daxpoo yesterday. My dog, a 50 lb Black Lab, has a bad habit to run after other dogs that are leashed. ( We are in a doggie park.) I use the beeper first, then vibration. The vibration mode alone is enough for correction. I have turned down the shock to "00" (Off) as I now know I do not need it and I cannot accidently shock her.Bonus: Transmitter and receivers are rechargeable!! The only very minor negative is there is only one usb charger. This is a non issue.The distance I have used it so far is 50 yards.The box came with two collar correction units. I'll alternate them when needed for charging every three days or so.This is way cheaper than the name brand units, and you can't beat the price. 1/3 the cost of others.

I only wish the buttons were a different color so that they stood out more. It works great with my beagle. One shock and now he'll come to beeps without hesitation. The shock should only be used if absolutely necessary. I had to use it because he was running for the road. Now he listens so well I hardly even have to beep him. Great training method

very shocking , be sure to always try on yourself before trying on your loved one. Tone and vibrate functions are enough to get there attention. Was curious of the shock so put on half which is level 50 OMG , stronger than grabbing two sides of a 110 volt socket.

The collar gives you options for training your dog. Tone, vibrate, and shock. This is a big plus as I have never had to use the shock to train my dog. The tone works most of the time and if it fails the vibrate does the trick. Recommended.

Both dogs recognize the remote, and know what it's capable of (guess that depends on the dog). Even without the collars, they have begun staying in the yard. I've used the shock mode, on 2 once.The purpose of this purchase was to prevent my Dachshund (mainly) and Shitzu from running to the neighbors back yard and barking at their dog, at 4:30a.m.I have found these collars work well for the purpose intended.

This is awesome! It comes with two so if you have two dogs you can train at the same time! Perfect for my Beagle, there is a vibration mode so no need for shock

The device worked great. Until I went to charge it. The inner port where you plug it into, broke and now I am unable to charge my collars. Haven't heard from the person I bought it from for a refund or a new collar. Very disappointed.
