Awesome heavy duty pullup bar. I am using it in my in home personal traning studio. Today a 320 lb client did hanging leg raises wth his full weight on it and it did not budge. I mounted it using 2 2x6 and 1 2x4 that extended across several studs, then lag bolted bar through board to studs. I highly recommend this bar and have a good basis for what is good exercise equipment. Kipping is possible, the different hand grips are awesome!It shipped very quickly and was packaged quite well. It came with all needed hardware to attach directly to studs, but if you want to add boards behind you will need extra supplies.

Solid investment!
This multi-grip chin-up bar is a solid piece of equipment! It is very high quality with heavy gauge steel tubes with a durable black powder coating. It assembles easily and aligns perfectly with standard 16" on center wall studs. My teenage boys (170 lbs.) use it almost every day and it is holding up beautifully. Its durable construction makes it a bargain at this price! It doesn't hurt that it also looks really cool! If you're looking for a versatile, sturdy chin-up bar, you will not be disappointed!!

Works/Installs as advertised
I was worried that it wouldn't attach to the studs properly. I almost even precut wood with the plan of mounting the wood then the pull up bar to that.Soon as I did my measurements I found that it would go in straight onto the wall without any problems. The install was easy and I also did it by myself without any help.The pull up bar itself is also great, Nice and wide, And sturdy. I'm a happy camper.

Bolts right into studs, very strong and well made. installed it by myself by placing two screws where the top two bolts would go and hanging the bar from them wile I marked for the other six bolts. I pulled the bar down and drilled those six holes. put it back up and placed those six bolts. removed the two screws, drilled and placed the last two screws.

This bar is great. It sits out from the wall, so either way I face I don't touch the wall. I love the different handholds. I always wanted to do 100 pullups but would totally burn out at 60 something. Now I can change hand positions and keep getting after it. Very sturdy.

Awesome design and grip!!
Kind of a pain to put up but once you get it there she's a beast!! Grip diameter is perfect and powder coating has enough texture to keep hands from slipping. Comes with wood fasteners as well as block/ brick fasteners. Highly recommend.

A well engineered pull up bar
I purchased this bar for the variety of grips allowing for a more dynamic back workout. The bar extends far enough from the wall to pull up on either side.The quality and perfect symmetry allowed for easier stud installation. You may find your wall studs are not perfectly spaced 16"o.c., I recommend installing the horizontal bar last to compensate.

Perfect product with on time delivery. Solid construction and mounting. This product requires a more-skilled-than-average installation. I am experienced and was able to do it by myself but someone without experience should count on having help and taking their time to get it right.
