Nebulus Men's High End Platinum Davos Ski/Snowboard/Winter Jacket

SuperbI ordered the small size, and it’s a perfect fit. I’m 5’8” and fairly slim (36” chest, 31” waist) but there’s still a bit of room.And the jacket is terrific. Really light and packable, yet so very warm and ideal for skiing.And great value, too.I was a newbie to skiing with this. It’s ideal, and many more experienced skiers that I was with thought it absolutely fine. It’ll be my ski jacket for many more seasons.

This jacket is well made and of good quality, and generally I am pleased with it. It's comfortable, fits as expected and I get the impression (not having tested it on the slopes yet) that it will last.There are however some unexpected drawbacks.1. The pockets are small - I can just about fit my hands in when the pockets are empty and I'm not wearing gloves. For a ski jacket, that's quite restrictive, and it'd be difficult at best to tuck ski gloves into the pockets without the risk that they'll fall out.2. There are no vents under the arms - again what I'd consider a fairly standard feature on a mid-to-high end jacket.3. The jacket reaches down to the waist/hips and it is tighter there than anywhere else. This might be to prevent snow getting in (though there is a snow skirt) but it feels just a little tight and can cause the jacket to ride up when sitting down or moving about. For a jacket that is otherwise spacious, this seems an odd 'feature'.Besides these issues, it's a good jacket, with comfortable cuffs with thumb holes to keep hands warm.

Lovely jacket, perhaps not as warm as my previous but good nevertheless. Seams/zips etc are good quality and held up well to a week's hard use (interspersed with a few spectacular falls). My jacket was slightly smaller than I had expected, you might want to bear that in mind when ordering. Then again I am slightly bigger than the average bear..........

Initially I just loved this jacket. It was warm and I loved the looks of it. BUT I had the same issues as many others that gave this jacket 1-star.Here's my main issues:1) Zips waterproofing coating started to peel off after about 1 week of use, after a month or so the zips looked really ugly because of that.2) Norway flag patterns started to wear off also after just couple of months and it looks ugly.3) After about 5 months the zip doesn't close any more, so I can't use the jacket at all.PS! I should have returned this jacket when I had the chance :S

absolutely love it! the size was perfect, i was in doubt about it becouse some ppl reviewed that u should take 1 size higher i took XL and its excellent. first im 1.90m tall and my weight 89kg so avarrege body and XXL about right could use it with hoodie. about product its soft and looks top class, slaves long and my arms too so im very happy with this size also colours looks like PRO. also took it first with my t-shirt and in few sec i felt very warm in it so guess that would be super warm winter jacket. at the moment am trully happy if i would see any bad things on it i will let u know but atm with the price i guess i did best purshuse in amazon (would say so far) but im a loyal amazon costumers so im trully jappy with this product. have a nice day folks.

I have tested this jacket to the extreme after skiing in horrible ski conditions in bulgaria, and going out in the heavy snow situation in scotland recently. Honestly, the material is the best I have ever worn.Pros:This jacket can withstand a huge amount of beating from the wind/cold, and surprisingly keeps warm even when I stupidly forgot to wear sufficient underlayers. Keeps all the snow and rain at bay, I feel dry after hail/rain. For skiing, doesnt keep sweat in, I feel very comfortable going down slopes and sitting in ski lifts. Very good and comfy material. Quality jacket, at a very affordable price.Cons:The biggest pocket can just about fit an iphone 7 plus, the small pockets are a slight inconvenience for me. However, the main reason why I rated this 3 stars and not 5 is with the condition of the zips. As you can see in the photos, the waterproof layer lining the zips is already starting to wear out with less than 2 weeks of constant usage, and while I promise I have been very careful with zipping/unzipping, I am not exactly sure what is causing the zips to wear out. The cold temperature? The constant wetting and drying? Perhaps this is not normal and it is a defect on my jacket? Will send Nebulus an email about this.

I used this Jacket to snowboard for one week, and snowboarded for four days out of it. I've returned it immediately as it is not fit for purpose.You can see from attached photos where the taped zips are flaking off, and despite only having lipbalm in the pocket, I had a lovely ten minutes trying to recover it from the lining of the jacket as a hole developed where it had been poorly stitched. I have old but good quality kit that still has better taping on zips than this nearly 18 years on (and one of those years I spent a season in the Alps skiing and boarding regularly for five months). I read reviews, and thought Amazon would sell one of its own 'white label' products ensuring that the quality was up to par, but I am afraid I was sadly disappointed. The extra star is only because the jacket was warm, and moderately waterproofed for the time I used it, but that would clearly not continue if taped zips deteriorate.Avoid. High end it is not.

Ich habe mir dieses Mal eine Skijacke von Nebulus gekauft, weil ich schon viel Gutes gehört habe. Ich muss sagen, dass die Jacke absolut klasse ist. Aber VORSICHT --- die Jacke vorsichtshalber eine Nummer größer bestellen als die eigene Konfektionsgröße dann hat man richtig Spaß an der Skijacke.

Tolle Skijacke. Das Design ist sehr schön und sie ist warm und erfüllt die gewünschten Funktionen. Sie ist sehr bequem zu tragen und die Reisverschlüsse sind gut verarbeitet.
