Read the whole box before buying
Make sure you read the directions closely, they are written for TWO envelopes. Guess that's why my first try was awful. Used 1 cup milk with 1 envelope and whipped it with an antique hand mixer. Worked out much better. Also read the nutrition facts carefully. They say it's without sugar, but then they slide in corn syrup solids.

Doesn't set up
I have been buying San Sucre for many years. I have tried 2 boxes so far and each time the mousse hasn't set up at all. I followed the directions exactly. I used 1% milk, which is what I normally use. I wish I knew what the problem is. I am type 1 diabetic and really enjoy this dessert. I also use it to frost sugar free cakes. Something is seriously wrong with this batch though. I may be beyond return date.

Easy-peasy sugar-free dessert!
This is the best sugar-free dessert I have found in years. For each packet, I am able to get five custard bowls. At times I top it with a sugar-free Cool Whip. It makes a nice ending to a meal when you want a little something sweet. I'm pleased that I can get it through Amazon because my local supermarket doesn't carry it. Try it, I'll bet you love it!

this does not set in fridge like pudding
This is not pudding. It won't set in the fridge much, but gets it's thickness by whipping. A few hints : add the mix to your bowl, and then the milk. Stir gently with a spoon until the powder is wet. Whip for 5 min with a mixer. You could whip by hand, but it'll take a lot of effort and it won't reach the full fluffiness that a mixer will get you. Yum

I wanted a low carb sweet fix, and this does the trick
Hard to find at my local stores. Very tasty when made with almond milk. I wanted a low carb sweet fix, and this does the trick. This DOES have fat in it, but you can bump up the protein by adding protein powder or peanut butter powder to the dry items before mixing with liquid.

Jolly Good Dessert
It might deserve five stars for being so good and sugarless, but real sugar mousse is of course tastier. If you can't have the sugar, though, this won't make you whine and complain as it's a jolly good dessert. I discovered if I use my electric whizzer and fairly cold milk, I don't even have to wait until it sets up in the refrigerator; it turns into a thick mousse immediately.

You won't miss the sugar
I have been eating this Mousse for years. Not easy to find in stores. Also comes in Vanilla and Strawberry. If it doesn't taste sweet enough you can add Splenda, Swerve or Monk fruit.

Yuck. Chemical taste
This doesn’t set up per the instructions and it tastes awful. I super regret buying it. Was hoping to find a good alternative for my fave dessert but this isn’t it. Gag.
