Trulife Thoracolumbar Back Support

The only reason I don't "love it " is because the straps that go under the arms are not comfortable. That said, I've worn this back support 12-14hrs/day at work for the last 3 days and I haven't had really bad back pain. I have chronic lower back pain and sometimes have spasms that bring me to my knees. This support forces me to sit and stand straighter which I understand will keep me from aggravating the injury. It's very flexible and light. I like that it's not very bulky under my scrubs with a t-shirt underneath it, but I haven't tried it under street clothes yet. Only time will tell if I will truly benefit from using this support, but the price was not prohibitive and I thought it was worth a shot. I used the size chart when I ordered and I'm satisfied with the size suggested.The Brace Shop treated me very well while I was waiting for my order. There was a production delay and one of their representatives called and emailed me to alert me to the problem. They offered to cancel the order or expedite shipping once the item became available, and I chose to proceed with the order. It arrived in approximately 10 days, and they followed up with another email offering contact information if I had any questions or concerns about the product. The Brace Shop gets 5 stars for customer service.

the product was back ordered and took quite some time to reach me however as soon as it was available it was fed-ex'd to me. was disappointed in the quality considering the price. the straps that go across the shoulders dig into the armpit, regardless of adjustment or the thickness of padding i added underneath, making it uncomfortable to wear. otherwise it does its job, but i would not recommend it unless this easily fixed design flaw is corrected.
