Jostar Women's Acetate Ankle Length Pants

For reference, I'm small (5'3") woman with larger thighs. Wearing travel knit has been my solution to carrying weight in my lower half, so I didn't have to wear clothes that absolutely swamped me. I also like to wear my clothes modestly loose. In the old Coldwater Creek, that meant a petite XL. If you were wearing Coldwater Creek Travel Knit over the past several years, and you watched the knit get thinner and thinner, these are like the old Coldwater Creek pants. The fabric is great. However, the fit is not the same. (I didn't take any stars off, because the manufacturer didn't claim that these are comparable to anything else.) If you have big thighs, these are a little too tight in the XL for modesty--they fit, but unlike the Coldwater Creek, I wouldn't wear them in a professional setting. If you're used to wearing Coldwater Creek, try the 1X; these run a little small in the thighs; otherwise, these are a replacement for Coldwater Creek travel knit, and they are made as well as the older (as in pre-2008) pants.

Material was thinner than expected, stitching was not as refined as could have been... I expected more from the brand than received based on reviews and what other people who I knew purchased the product said about it... but what I received was less than standard quality. I won't be buying this brand in the future. I heard this was a good brand. I was misinformed.

Very disappointed the colors are not as pictured. I ordered a red, brown and white: The white pants do not look white, there is a light pink hue to it, the red is more of a maroon than a true red and the brown is so dark that it appears to be black. I bought 3 pair of these pants for the price of one at Coldwater Creek but be careful, because the quality of the Jostar fabric is not as good. If you are tall expect the length to be above the ankle bone, if you are short like me they fit like long pants. I'm keeping them because they are comfortable.

Have two tops in Teal and they remain perfect. Teal colored pant fabric has dye issue. Only after two washing in cold water, large faded spot appeared. No longer can wear the pants.

These are a great buy. They fit as expected--aren't too long for a 5' 4" person--wash well and pack beautifully. I ordered them in two more colors as they'll be perfect for a cruise. Plus, they're half the price of similar garments from Chico's or Coldwater Creek.

These pants fit horribly. They clung and looked absolutely terrible. I have other pants of similar material..same size..which fit great. I bought these because of the color....it was just what I was looking for. Gave 2 stars for the material/color. Needless to say, I returned them.

I love these pants. I’m a plus size woman and these fit beautifully, wash nicely and dry wrinkle free. Very comfortable. A good buy.
