Good Battery - Best Customer Support Ever
My battery started losing its charge after a few months. I emailed and these guys called and left me a message to return their call; I forgot to call(several times). They persistantly tracked me down. Then they sent me a new battery which works fine to this day. Best customer service I've ever experienced!UPDATE- Unfortunately the second battery did not last long either. I got a true Milwaukee battery and it is much better and well worth the extra money.These guys' customer service was so good that I did not want to give this negative update; but its necessary.

Acceptable substitute
I have had this for several months now and I have noticed no difference in performance between this battery and the genuine replacement battery that I purchased at the same time. That makes this a winner.

smaller then stock battery
i have two ,have given them over a month .i read the review that the guy sent one back .not sure that is the problem .they are definetly less out put and not much lighter .they do not last as long on a charge.had two stock batteries rebuilt and they are better. but they are less expensive then new.
