Works incredibly well as appetite suppressant. Helped me with my Type 1 Diabetes!!!
While taking this, I was (and still am) working towards losing about 40 pounds and even though I struggled with taking the recommended dosage of 1 pill 3 times a day and I kept forgetting to do it, I lost about 7 pounds, mostly thanks to it helping me control my appetite. In fact, it works so good that during the 10 days that I consistently took it 3 times a day, I had to actually remember to eat! The days I forgot to take it 3 times or even 2 times a day and only took it in the morning, it did not make a difference, but that is to be expected I suppose.The pills are easy to swallow, and did not cause any side effects other than the above mentioned incredible suppression of appetite and an increase in energy all day long (but no issues with being able to go to sleep). However, it did not accelerate my metabolism or help with burning fat - at least not for me, but I can definitely see it working for others since, like I mentioned before, it did give me a boost in energy. Perfect for slow bowel movements and doesn't leave you in the bathroom all day!
This product was recommended to me for a variety of reasons, the biggest was to help with bowel movements. One of the pain medications that I use, Tramadol, causes you to become constipated quite easy. There are many products that help with that, but some are a little overkill for what is really going on. Using this product really helped out, almost like waking up and having your morning cup of coffee, almost always after that you need to hit the bathroom! This has no taste, it's one pill a day, and it also helps out with some energy levels and what not as well. I would try adding this to your diet before you use some other product to help with shy bowel movements, as some of them will leave you on the toilet for quite some time!I did receive this item at a discounted rate or for free in order to provide an honest and unbiased review.
