Good for short burst of very light cleaning
The washer is compact, powerful and very convenient, but that is where the pro's end. This is a machine that should only be used on a limited basis, prolonged use more than 30 min of continuous use causes the machine to labor/ strain.. Wash a car, rinse a patio set it works great, try to pressure wash a driveway or wash more than two cars one after the other and you will have to shut the unit down before you can complete what you started, The unit starts to labor quickly, inconsistent flow,a noticeable drop in power/pressure, and recently a light burning smell started during use Once I smelled the unusual smell I Immediately turned off machine disconnected all power and water connections, waited 30 or more minutes before trying to power up the unit, There was no response,machine completely dead. I purchased the washer last August used it from August to September stored it inside during the cold weather. I took machine out two weeks ago, washed two cars the first week the seconded week I started to rinse the gutters 15 min after starting with the gutters the machine ceased, it was useless, completely dead. Less than several hours of use on the machine in eight monthsI was Instructed by the manufacture to bring the pressure washer to an authorized repair shop, the repair shop was unable to repair the machine, the manufacture replaced the broken pressure washer with a brand new machine. The service was timely and very satisfactory, right after the repair shop contacted the manufacture with the unable to repair status, the manufacture replaced the non-working pressure washer with a new pressure washer without hesitation. Before the original machine seized it was a great little pressure washer, for a small electric pressure washer it was powerful, light weight with a very accurate spray pattern, backed by a company that stands behind their product, all that is required by the owner is to copy the information that is on the serial number tag that is attached to the machine, than dial the contact phone number that is on that s/n tag. Finished you will receive one of the two available options - a repaired machine or a new machine, it is a win - win situation
