Smell great but when lit
Smell great but when lit, the scent disappears or is so faint, you can't smell it. They last about as long as one of the expensive top of the line tea lights (yeah, I experimented) so if you don't care about scent, go for it. For the price, it's hard to beat and they do smell nice sitting in the holders, you use them for the intended purpose. Worked well inside, sitting in votives that happened to have the sun coming in on them--then they released a nice, light scent.
