An excellent vitamin...keeps me energized.

We have taken Tangy for years. It keeps us from getting sick or help us get over things more quickly than others.

I am 65 and I feel The best I've felt in a long time since taking this product. I'm experiencing a reduction in inflammation and better energy. I have taken other liquid products in this line before and thought I would try this for the convenience/portability and slightly lower price point but I'm so happy with what I'm experiencing! I will continue taking this product!

Here are my results from taking the BTT 2.0 Tablets (full dosage) The Positives- 1. Really helps with my IBS issues. The pain and cramping I usually have are gone after I have taken these tablets for a few weeks. Also makes me very regular-my waste output has increased dramatically-both #1 and #2. I have issues with water retention and this seems to be eliminating them. 2. Weight loss. It's due to a combination of the flushing out of excess water/waste and a dramatically curbed appetite-I no longer eat as much as I used to-I sometimes won't finish a meal because I'm satisfied after only a few bites. I don't end up grazing on junk food before bed now because I don't crave it as much. I've lost 10 lbs in a month and a half. 3. Improved libido/sexual response/lubrication 4. Improvement in depression / better emotional wellbeing Now the negatives. 1. Really awful gas until your body gets used to the tablets. Luckily I work alone at night so I can get away with passing gas, LOL...but I have serious bloat-causing gas that even Gas-X won't cure. I suppose it's from the pre/probiotics...but it is uncomfortable and embarrassing. 2. You will be too regular! Fortunately, I haven't had diarrhea like some reviewers have, but I am constantly having to use the bathroom several times a day. This stuff will flush you out very well, but it is inconvenient to have to stop and find a toilet every hour, especially if you are running about. I wean myself off the pills if I am expecting to go on a long trip so I won't have to search for a bathroom all the time. 3. It made my period extremely heavy. I have a hormonal imbalance so I only get two periods a year if I don't take medication to bring them on. Usually, they are scant and very irregular-I had been taking Femaprin to bring on a cycle while taking these, and I had a sudden period that was so heavy I nearly passed out from excessive blood loss (I'm anemic). I had to miss work because I couldn't stand up without being dizzy. 4. Very expensive. I wish these tablets were available for $30 a bottle...the current price is a bit hard to swallow...no pun intended. 5. Metallic aftertaste. Not terrible, but I have a weird aftertaste in my throat after taking these, along with a bit of heartburn. Overall I am pleased with the tablets-the side effects do tend to lessen a bit the longer you take them. and are manageable with a lower dosage. ***Update, August 2022** Still taking my tablets, but I've reduced the dosage to 2 a day. The price now is almost $60 for a bottle, so I'm trying to stretch out my supply. The pills are still effective, although the weight loss effect is not as pronounced at a lower dosage. Not as many side effects either, but it's still working. I can tell the difference once I've been off them for a few days. ***Update September 2024*** I ordered a can of the BTT powder to test it out, and I actually think the tablets work better for me. The powder is easier to digest (no gastro issues) with no side effects, but my energy level hasn't improved and my appetite hasn't been curbed. Powder is messy and has a very strong "vitamin supplement" smell when mixed.

There’s something wrong with this batch i bought. Opened the second bottle and the pills are darker than usual and they are all stuck together just like the first bottle i finished. Been buying this for years but it was not like this.
