Beautiful book with nice stories. Found the recipes just so so but nothing amazing yet.Also there’s a massive misprint in the carrot cake recipe. Says 50g for the buttercream and liquid cream cheese. It’s not correct but after sending multiple DMs and an email I still can’t anyone to confirm the correct amount for both fillings.Feta and red pepper pinwheels were okay but again, not great.Will keep trying recipes though as some look delicious and hoping to find some favorites.

A beautiful book with great recipes

I was given this book as a gift after visiting the store in London and raving about my experience to everyone. I’m the kind of guy who sticks to a recipe when cooking, but have always avoided baking/cooking from scratch and would never have dared to venture into the all natural scene...until this gem arrived! Thus far I have made the cheese clouds and salted caramel brownies with ease and they didn’t make it 15 minutes in the office.I’ve got several more recipes in the lineup and have every confidence that they will all turn out the same...amazing!The book itself is easy to navigate, easy to comprehend and includes photos of their products. It has units of measurement for the US and The rest of the world and takes you step by step to create the same masterpieces they make in their stores. I’m very thankful that they shared their creations with all of us so that I can share them with my family and friends across the pond. Excellent book and a wonderful gift!

I found this amazing Cake store / cafe on a trip to the UK and became obsessed with the cakes and biskies so this was a dream to discover they have just released a cookbook with all the delicious recipes !I found it easy to follow so far - will be trying everything for sure! I always look at the difficulty rating and times so very pleased they have that. Some great vegan ideas too. Also listed cup measurements which not all UK cookbooks do - so handy for us here in americaEspecially liked the section at back listing ideas / pages for "Quick & Easy", "Kids faves", "Rainbow Treats" - GREAT ideaThis would make a great Gift - beautiful pictures and layout

After having an amazing time at their wizard potions tea in Soho London, I have been eagerly awaiting this cookbook. At Cutter & Squidge, the food truly is exceptional, baked to perfection with an attention to flavor, quality and beauty. I am beyond excited to start baking with this cookbook!! What a fabulous book. Not found a recipe yet that I didn’t feel was beyond my capability with some effort or unappetising. This sometimes happens with cookbooks like this. Great that recipes are given for different sized cakes. Metric, imperial and US measures are provided and how much a recipe will make (such as volume) so I know how much of a sauce for example a recipe will provide. Love the fact that there is a mix of savoury, sweet, gluten free and vegan recipes. I also like the menu suggestions. Overall I am just so delighted with this book. More please ladies 🙂

This is a fun book with recipes that are a bit different from other baking books. Some recipes have a lot of different elements to make but I've made the raspberry cake and the cookie dough brownies and both were delicious! Looking forward to using it more and I like how it is divided into afternoon teas by region.

This has very quickly become a favourite baking book. I particularly like the rating given against each recipe as this helps when you have plenty of time to tackle the more involved recipes. Also like the section on buttercreams, curds and jams - a useful addition to the book.

Bought this because I was desperate to know how to make the dreamcake and that delicious icing. Looks like a great book. Some oddball ideas in here that I know I won't try but it makes it a different kind of baking book.
