Bread Flour 16kg

This flour is quite fine and dense but makes great tasting bread and hot-crossed buns using our Panasonic bread maker. I have made bread both by sifted the flour and using the flour straight out of the bag. Sifting did not seem to make any detectable difference for me, straight from the bag still produces a great result. The flour produces light airy bread with a good crust, is storing well, and is definitely a favourite in the house.

Mine didn't have the yeast, but then I don't remember the yeast being advertised so this listing probably changed since I ordered.I wouldn't say this was incredible value at the price I paid, but it was reasonable and the flour makes fantastic bread. It helped me a lot to be able to get flour when shielding and unable to get any delivered otherwise. I would buy again, at the right price.

Good value flour and useful whilst this is not easy to get in the shops. Arrived quickly, I did not get any yeast with mine but otherwise great!

I use a bread machine and bake every day. This flour is good quality and has produced lovely results with loaves and rolls. As it’s impossible to get ordinary plain flour at the moment I also made Yorkshire puddings with it in the usual way 6tbs flour to 1/2 pint milk and 2 eggs with a great result

Very happy with quality of flour . Did feel it is a little overpriced but with flour shortages as they are - I do understand why. Tried the yeast to check it would work in my bread machine and it was fine. Very happy with my purchase.

Good plain straightforward bread four. No yeast with it though?

Seller was very professional, order originally didn't came through but the seller was very professional about it and I received it a few days after notifying them.I was skeptical but I've been very happy with the quality of this flower, will definitely order from this mill again.

Tested out on my "go to" pizza dough recipe - didn't require as much water as some other flours I've used. Tasty result. Looking forward to using it for bread (and everything else that needs strong white flour) :-)
