This product is good and actually works. But it is very very expensive. You can buy a sheet of 30 gauge clear plastic and a box of 50 pins for less than the cost of one package of this product. With the 1 yard sheet, you would get about 20 of these packages.

Seems to work well as far as cats not being able to scratch furniture anymore. I did only rate 4 stars because the option to apply to leather furniture (or other similar style) is absolutely worthless. Did not even stick for 30 min! I just used the little screw tacks instead and it is holding much better. Only thing is now if I ever remove them I will have tiny holes from the screw tacks. So guess you have to decide what's worse? If you are opposed to using the screw tacks on your leather furniture then don't get this product.

I ordered these because my new kitten kept scratching my leather sofa. The adhesive that comes with these is garbage. I think it maybe stuck for 2 hours. Since my sofa was already ripped, I went ahead and used the fabric screws and they have been holding nicely. Make sure you measure (I didn't and wish I had gotten a bigger size). Also, if your furniture has a curved edge it will not lay flat which is kind of unsightly. I think these would be best for fabric covered, straight sofas.

It works like it's susposed to. The material is thick but seems very cheap. Even the included pins are poor quality (a few fell apart).On some couches this might not be as noticeable but on my green sectional it is very noticeable and looks terrible. All in all this is one solution that works but it's expensive for what it is and it looks tacky in my opinion.

Seems okay I haven't had them in place long enough to really judge, other than being terribly over priced for two pieces of plastic. I didn't use the screw on tacks as my corners have solid wood where they needed to be placed so I used thumb tacks.Unless there is no light in the room they are VERY noticeable who wouldn't notice a shiny sheet of of plastic hung on the side of your sofa.but worth it as a shredded sofa would not only be noticeable but much more costly.

I have a leather sofa that my cat was really loving to scratch. I applied this protection plastic to the corner of the sofa and it has worked very well. The double sided sticky tape works great and the plastic is flexible so it conformed to the sofa beautifully. I would recommend this product!Addition: loved this product so bought it again, however the stickers were not included with the product, making them essentially useless for my leather sofa.

What I love about them is that they are flexible and you can cut them to the desired size you need. This is the 3rd set I have bought, so I am sure I will be getting more if necessary in the future.
