very nice spoon
i have recently bought cooking wood utensils from the following manufacturers: oxo, Le Creuset, Calphalon, Faay, earlywood designs, and some independent artisans. i got a little carried away, heavy into soup now. this Corner Square Natural Brown 14 x 3 Hand Formed Mango Wood Cooking Spoon Sold by: CONAJU is a very good cooking spoon. beautifully grained wood, good weight and size, finished with oil, not to mention a really great shape. since i am relatively new to the market for wooden spoons, i got this one to stir the large pot, and be able to scrape the sides of the pot while i am stiring, and to also get into the corners. but i am uncertain about something. i think this is a lefty. but i am a righty. but i want this one instead of the usual rightly. i don't see why i am mixed up. so if you want to buy this, i recommend it for function, beauty, value and health. but you might want to check on right and left handed and make sure this is the kind you want.
