Cut outs at top and bottom of case leave phone exposed to damage. *by J***N on Reviewed in the United States on October 5, 2016* This is the best battery case I've found. It's got a rubbery texture. I used it while at Disney and never ran out of batteries.Be aware though that it is slow to charge. It says if you leave the phone in the case it will charge the phone first then the battery case. But this took soooooo long. Just charge the phone and case separately. And you can do this while still keeping the phone in the case.Only downside really is that the top and bottom of the phone are not protected. There is a cut out at the top and bottom of the case that leaves the phone exposed to damage. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Field Repairable! *by E***S on Reviewed in the United States on February 12, 2017* Battery stoped working after less than 6 months. I could hear the battery rattling inside the battery case. Love the design but the quality of the adhesive holding the battery inside the battery case could be improved. The good news is that I was able to repair it myself. At the base of the battery case there are two tiny screws holding the base. Upon removal I found two additional screws holding the back of the case together. Once removed I was able to carefully pry the case open. Once open I found the battery had come loose and one of the leads to the battery had broken free. I soldered the lead back to the terminal and used heavy duty double stick tape to stick the battery back to the inside of the case. I was then able to snap the battery case back together and resecure it with the small screws. Voila! The case is working like new again. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that they should have paid better attention to the quality of the adhesive in the battery case. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Case from a heavy mobile user *by C***M on Reviewed in the United States on November 29, 2016* I purchased this case because I hate big bulky cases on my phone. In my mind this thing would work perfectly, when I need some extra juice I slap on the case and when I don't need it I don't have it on.The 5 star review for this is perfectly deserved and all of my hopes came perfectly true.
