Really disappointed with this! The fabric of the chair is nice but the legs support in chrome is shocking bad! As for the deal breaker for me, the plastic support that hold the chair upright broke. This chair is not fit for purpose. I would suggest Amazon removes this their listing otherwise this chair will cause some some serious back problem.

First opened on Christmas Day. Chair itself looks great. Unfortunately on oppkening box there was a broken section on part of mechanism that screws to underside of seat. Despite requesting a replacement mechanism, Supplier seems to evade this and just says it will work OK with broken piece. Sorry, paying this price I expect perfect goods! They said 8 can return it at MY expense. To be fair, they do reply quickly to messages but seem to avoid the issue in question

Good value for money. I found this charity really easy to assemble and the Allen key required was included. Everything else clicked into place. I ordered this for my 9 year old bedroom so for her it's sturdy enough. It really sets her oom off and looks lovely. Mine did have some marks on it from transporting where the velvet has been slightly damaged however it wasn't in an area that would be on display so I wasn't too bothered. The gas lift function works well and it tilts back enough for me to be comfortable reading bedtime stories. I think if you were an adult using this every day for business use it wouldn't provide good support on your back and neck due to the low back line but it is definitely a chair you could use occasionally if you wanted a smart appearance. For a teen or child it's a beautiful chair! Well worth the money bearing in mind how expensive these chairs can be.

Three of the five castors did not fit and the chair is of poor quality. I was offered replacement castors but I did want these, I requested a refund. The company said they could not issue a return label. I tried to return the chair at my own expense but no carrier would take it because in order to track the return a contact name/tel.number/email address is required and the company won't provide these details. The whole experience has been very stressful and is still not resolved. Do not use this company.

Great chair, lovely material

The chair came unharmed, nothing was wrong with the parts.it was quite easy to assemble by myself, i do recommend this chair, the velvet is lovely. and it looks luxurious for cheap!!

Good looking chair easy to assemble however not durable. Initially I started having problems adjusting the chair and it would not stay at the correct height. Which to be fair to the seller I contacted and they said they would send out the part which they think was broke but I would have to pay for it. Now the staples have come out of the fabric on the arms and it has ripped just from resting on it and unfortunately the fabric seems to be the only thing keeping the arms in place. This is all within 5 months of purchase. Save your money. It is a cheaply made product and you will need to repurchase.
