Good container (although clearly not new), terrible instructions and poor quality water reservoir
I was a bit disappointed to find that Amazon had decided to deliver the two identical items I ordered as separate packages, but it turns out that I needed a practice run on assembling the first one anyway...When the item arrived, I was irritated to find that it appears to have been used before judging by the mud marks, but apart from that it's a good-quality container.The reason I gave it three stars instead of four is the self-watering system and instructions. The ones provided are impossible to read properly, but there is actually a link here that helps (a bit), but Amazon rules won't let me post it. Just search for the brand of the item and fitting instructions.Even when the water level indicator is assembled correctly, it's apparent that it's pretty low quality, which lets down the rest of the product. If it wasn't at half original price, I would have returned it immediately.

The water level indicator isn't the best design though
Plants growing in it really well 6 months down the line. The water level indicator isn't the best design though, and almost never gives an accurate reading so it got removed after a fortnight and I do without it now. Not entirely convinced it was worth paying the asking price when compared to a cheaper plastic one.

Good quality Hanging Boxes
Bought these as I could put them on my balcony rail. Have had many comments. Well made worth the price for the quality.

Dont work
Bought 4 of these to put on my garden fence, not one of them work!!!!The water level gadjet doesn't work and the reservoir rather doesn't fill or fills soooooo slowly that its just not worth bothering with.Absolute waste of money.I would of given no stars but that wasn't an option.

Exellent Buy
The window box has been well made and sturdy with an attractive resin wicker finish which holds the flower tub and includes a watering system and a false bottom to store water. There is even a bag of grit to put at the bottom of the tub.There is metal brackets that need assembled,not a problem, that fits over the balcony to let the box fit snugly into.I admired the window box so much i bought more and look forward to seeing my patio plants grow and bloom.

really smart window boxes, although we cannot get the gauge to work when we fill it; we removed the stops underneath to hang them on our balcony so the water just seems to run out.

Disappointing
Looks stylish but when you look at it up close, you realise it is not. The pieces that come with it feel cheap. But worst of all the unhelpful instructions are in German. Thank you!
