Good Cheese
I love this cheese. Has a good deep flavor and is well veined for a blue cheese. Goes well with water crackers and fruit.

Good value, and is quite good.
Not as great a flavor or texture as some I have had. I use a lot in salads and if have cheese and crackers or cheese with anything always include Stilton.

Good Service, good cheese.
This was my first order for Stilton Blue Cheese. It was a little sharper than I expected. However, I have enjoyed it over salads and on breads and crackers. I have also used it on casserole-type hot dishes.

Poor quality cheese only one pound
This cheese block is very dry and crumbly. Poor texture. Very poor quality for the high price. Only sent one pound
