Enjoy the Recorder: Treble Tutor 2 Spiral-bound – July 1, 1983

This is a first rate book for learning the treble (alto) recorder beyond the first octave. It assumes that one has a basic ability to read music and has learned the notes in the first octave. The pieces are beautiful musical selections, the print is clear, the paper is quality non-glare, and the book is spring bound. Highly recommended.

Bought this as I am about to learn the treble. I have a stage one book but I know i'll want to move on and challenge myself as soon as possible. This has turned out to be just what I wanted. A gentle movement forwards. Beautifully presented. Simple. Accessible. Very pleased.

I started learning the Treble recorder April 2012, and because of the way in which the Tutor book is arranged, my learning curve is improving daily. The arrangements are fun, but often challenging and certainly effective. I would recommend this Tutor book.
