Oh my gosh. It worked within a few hours after taking the first pill. It literally purged everything out of my colon including my sins and future meals. The last time I had these pills (from a bottle purchased at the store), it took almost 2 days for it to work and still didn’t have this effect. This bottle that I just purchased is extremely potent. Love it - I hope this formula stays the same. I’ve been taking two days now and with each pill, I’ve been running to the bathroom within a few hours. Plan to be near a toilet when taking these. I probably wouldn’t recommend taking these if you’re flying because when you gotta go...you gotta GO!!!! CLEAR THE WAY!!!

This capsules have being reduced both in size and potency. The first couple bottles I bought both in an African market and amazon were amazing. I noticed these capsules are smaller in size and lighter in color to the previous ones. Two capsules before each meal did it for me with previous bottles. This bottle was not the same. I took 6 a day and it still did nothing. I tried to return but was too late. I would never buy this again from amazon. Waste of money. Be careful before you order!

This helped me in combination with Alli in losing weight and does not cause the runs. One word of warning - do not take more than one of each pill per day. It will cause the runs.
