Battery doesn't last long and case is fragile
Bought this for my daughter who has an iPhone 5c. When fully charged it barely charged her phone to even 50%. While the case looks durable, it is not made of a very strong plastic and after light use over about two weeks it, we noticed that the case was not holding up. I try to give the benefit of the doubt when giving reviews and will consider that perhaps ours was defective. I have given two stars pending our attempt to return the item for a replacement. The item has a "lifetime warrantee". Should it fare better, I will revisit and change accordingly. If item performed as indicated, I would extend to 3.5 stars.

Does not hold charge - I plugged it in and it took 6 hours to charge fully and then depleted in 20 min. My phone did not charge completely.I threw it out and Bought the Iphone 7. Solved!

Super not like a Mophie. Won't charge phone and case at once, so even if plugged in, phone can die.

I actually received the package a day earlier than expected ...
I actually received the package a day earlier than expected! Which I really appreciated. The product itself isn't really reliable. I charged it to full capacity and it has already died. I limited my time using it, and made sure it was turned off when my phone was charged, but still didn't last past 3pm. very disappointed​.

Won't charge
Either the case does not hold the charge or the charger does not work right. In either case I cannot charge the battery case and it is useless to me. I bought it in April and it is now Aug 3rd, so I did not even get a third of a year out of this case. I would not buy another one.
