**Q: Is there any expiration  date**
A: Medical supplies (other than hard supplies) DO have expiration dates. Quick example on this kit is the ointment, eyewash kit etc. Even bandaids actually have a expiration date believe it or not. Look in your medicine cabinet... oh btw I'm a prior service US Army Flight Medic. I know this because we had to consistently inspect our gear and swap out expired items.

**Q: Does  it come with supplies or do you buy the filler kit**
A: It comes filled with everything you need, ready to go.

**Q: Can I use this with trauma like taking a gunshot out, stitching it up, stop the bleeding kind of kit?**
A: It was easy to purchase the extra Supplie's to upgrade to tactical trauma kit. Including gunshot removal tools

As a EMS professional this was a very well put together basic kit for a BLS style bag. I have since added other items for more trauma based scenario's. This makes for a good bag to keep in your car and great gift for someone just getting out of EMT school. You can add what you want or take out what you do not want. The quality of the bag is about average to most others I have seen but if taken care of it will last awhile. Please note if you are not medically trained as a licensed EMT, Medic, or Nurse, ect. I would advise you to seek out a BLS first aid course so you can properly use the supplies provided. But overall a great buy whether for basic first aid needs or true trauma and medical needs I am pleased with this product.
