Over the past 20 years, Grammy-nominated band TRIVIUM — Matt Heafy [vocals, guitar], Corey Beaulieu [guitar], Paolo Gregoletto [bass], and Alex Bent [drums]— have quietly claimed their place at the forefront of heavy music in the 21st century. The Florida-based band is pleased to announce that its ninth full length What The Dead Men Say will be released through Roadrunner Records on April 24."What The Dead Men Say is everything that is Trivium," explains Heafy. "On this album, one can hear the proper ingredients of past, present, and future Trivium. The Trivium sound is having everything the band does — on one album." "With the new album, we took what worked on the The Sin And The Sentence and dialed it all up to 11," says bassist Gregoletto. Beaulieu echoes that sentiment, saying, “We wanted to build on the foundation that we established with the last album. The record has all the elements that are Trivium — along with all of us wanting to keep pushing ourselves creatively. This led to a highly-inspired and fast-paced writing and recording process that really captures the energy of the band."

Great trivium music, a little less screaming would be better!!
This album is awesome, they seem to be getting better and better with every album. A couple of their top 5 songs ever are on this album. There are 2 songs that I usually fast forward through though because there is just too much screaming, i really wish matt heafy would just SING, he has such a good voice and such a talented band to go along with his voice!! The silence in the snow album had virtually no screaming and i can listen to it from start to finish. There are some better songs on this album but i hate having to fast forward through certain songs because they are so abrasive. This band is too talented to rely on screaming to fill in the gaps!

Solid Album
I've been listening to Trivium since 2013 and I've been a hard core fan since I first herd them. This is one of there strongest albums and wether you're a long time fan or a new comer wanting to get into this band this album will deliver. Great riffs, AMAZING drumming, maybe the best bass playing yet and great vocals (both singing and screaming)

What gives Amazon?
Love this band. I like this album. I might like The Sin and the Sentence a little more, but that one has more listens to its advantage. My real complaint about this CD is that I got some weird "Manufactured by Amazon.com Columbia, SC" variant. At first I thought it was odd that there was no track info when I played the disc in my car. That's not entirely too uncommon, though, so I overlooked it. And then I tried to add the disc to my Discogs collection, but I couldn't find a match. The barcode is in a different place, with the above quote nearby, and then I noticed the booklet's pages were poorly trimmed. There are white stripes down the side of each page.Is this a thing Roadrunner approved of? As a pre-ordered product, I feel like I should've gotten the actual retail copy instead of this "official bootleg" copy.Maybe in a few months, the band and label will release one of those "Special Editions" with extra tracks, and I'll feel less bad about double-dipping.

Great album
Love this album. It's a great followup and for sure in the bands top 5. It has songs that feel in time and place of all their albums collectively. This band has really found their voice after losing it for a couple albums. You can tell how will all these guys mesh when in the studio. Just an awesome album.

great follow up to the sin and the sentence, great record
if you enjoyed trivium's previous record " the sin and the sentence" you will probably enjoy this one just as much if not more. It is a great follow up, the band has grown a lot.

Straight forward heavy metal main stream album.
This album rocks! Have always been a Trivium fan and this doesn’t disappoint. Heavy yet straight forward metal album with ripping guitars licks, super fast drums, and great vocals. Find myself listening to this again and again.

Hermoso

Trivium is heaven!
What a great album from the beginning to the end. After the solid "The Sin and The Sentence" they release this masterpiece. Alex Bent is that missing piece in the puzzle and now Trivium is really reaching new heights. Too hard for me to choose my favorite song in the album, usually i listen to it from Track 1 to Track 10.Thank you guys for bringing happiness to this 2020!

Trallazo trivium
Ningún disco de esta banda tiene desperdicio y este no será para menos. De mis preferidos y es que la banda está en muy buena forma. El batería es un maquinón. Aunque esta banda no destaca en portadas sí en contenido. Discazo
