Gutermann Thread Set: Sew-All: 100m: Pack of 20, Assorted

Love the colors and quality!

I live in a region where finding Gutterman thread in black or white, much less colors, is difficult or impossible. I took a chance, and it has paid off. Navy, pale pink, black, teal--right at my sewing table. Great investment and excellent value with Gutterman quality. It'll be a repeat buy.

As a beginner sewist, this thread was perfect for my singer start machine! You get an abundance of thread (which is great because there’s been a lot of trial and error). I’ve had no issues thus far with tangling or splitting thread. When I was using a cheaper thread it would constantly snap. This thread is durable, tangle-free, affordable, and the perfect thickness for most materials I use (majority cotton and linen).

Great little set. Perfect value for the money. Also great to keep in my little on the go sewing kit. Great Yarn quality. It does twist up a little, but nothing compared to yarn from cheap sewing kits. I used it with my singer machine also, and no problems with compatibility.

These threads work well in my Bernina. The only real gripe I have with them is they don't press or iron well. They change from being beautiful and shiny to dull and ugly. The thread on its own and when first sewn is gorgeous. It's shiny and bright. Even the black is impressive in the depth. I press all my work after it's sewn so pressing is kinda important to me. The cheap thread causes issues with my machine. I wish more came on each roll.

The thread was very strong. It worked in my walking foot sewing machine great without any problems.

Was habe ich geflucht beim Nähen mit Billiggarn! Nun habe ich es mit dem überall empfohlenem Garn von Gütermann probiert und nähte und nähte bis zu später Stunde. Mir ist dieser Faden noch kein einziges Mal gerissen, höchstens aus der Nadel geschnippt, weil er zu locker gespannt war. Und diese Farben sind wirklich sehr hübsch. Kräftige Pastelltöne. Ich bin mehr als zufrieden! Ab sofort gebe ich doch lieber ein bisschen mehr für den Faden aus, als dass mir die Geduld und der Billigfaden reißt :-)

Durch die super Qualität der Gütermann Nähgarne ist die Frau wesentlich entspannter beim Nähen. Das kommt dem Partner auch zu gute,;) Das Garn näht sauber durch, kein reisen. Wird nur noch gekauft...
