I liked this product because it adjust in millimeter increments
My older mouthpiece finally wore out, so I purchased this one for my mild sleep apnea/snoring. I liked this product because it adjust in millimeter increments. My old one only had 3 settings, this one has 10, so it is much more customizable. I could never wear a sleep apnea mask, although I tried on many occasions. I know I should get fitted for a prescription mouth piece, but my wife says I rarely snore when wearing one of the OTC devices. Again, my apnea is mild. This product was easy to mold, and to set up. I wore it last night for the first time, and my wife did not hear me snore once. It appears to be well made, and rather comfortable. For the price, this is definitely worth giving a try.

Does the job
It takes some adjustments and getting used to. Took a few nights to get it right. Girlfriend says my snoring is completely gone, just a bit of breathing noises but nothing that disturbs sleep. May give her the extra one depending how long it holds up.

but I've tried a few different night guards and this one has proven to be the best for me so far
it is big and clunky, but I've tried a few different night guards and this one has proven to be the best for me so far. The adjustable feature is a great feature of this device, however after about a month, the adjustment part failed to stay in position on one side allowing my jaw to move the device as I slept, usually in the neutral direction. I ended up using super glue to to cement the device in position and have been happy with the result. I would recommend to the manufacturer to figure out how to use less material because it's literally a mouthful compared to other devices I've used (Puresleep, ZYppah). And by the way, run away from Zyppah! for nothing else, poor customer service.

I have stopped snoring after more than 50 years!
Here's the thing. My wife has been wearing earplugs for a very long time just so she can sleep with me. I have tried several products from nasal sprays, Had my nose inspected by ENT Doctor with no blockages or adenoids. Tried sleeping on my stomach, sleeping in a lounger, every position you can thing of, to no avail. So a friend of my said her sister tried one of these mouth guard snore devices and it worked. So I figured it's worth a try for $50, so I ordered the Tranquility Pro. The setup was easy enough to custom fit my teeth and it worked on the first night - no lie! Now I do have to warn new users it will take some getting used to. It does feel weird to have this big thing in my mouth all night long, but after a couple of weeks I have gotten used to it - sort of. It still feels weird but it's a lot less weird than getting an elbow to the rib cage during the night to get me to wake up and stop snoring (and that only works for a few minutes until I'm asleep again). I don't usually write reviews of products but when something like this comes along to solve a 50 year year problem - it deserves a positive review.

Effective, but not the best choice for some...
I found that this did help reduce or eliminate snoring. However, the problem I had was that the curvature of the mouthpiece is fixed and not adjustable to match the actual curvature of an individuals palate. My palate is more of a narrow "V" shape, and not like the more semi-circular shape of the device, so the result was such an uncomfortable fit that really rendered it unusable for me. If your palate happens to match the device better, it may be a good choice for you. If not, you'd be better off looking for a more compatible product, or go with a custom fitted device from your dental professional (of course at much greater expense).

Cured my snoring!
I was skeptical to try, but this mouth guard has amazed my wife and I.I had the kind of crazy loud snoring my wife wanted to kill me over. My kids refused to go camping any longer, due to my snoring.I heard a radio ad for a similar product, so I started researching reviews and decided on this mouth guard after much reading. Below are my thoughts:- Firstly, and most importantly, it eliminated my snoring. My wife was so incredulous she repeatedly checked to see if I was indeed still alive the first night, I was so quiet. Although I am sure I do not have sleep apnea, I am sleeping much better, and feel more rested (so does my wife).- It does feel somewhat uncomfortable at first. It doesn't take long to get used to. Your jaw feels weird for a few minutes in the morning after you remove the mouth guard, because your jaw becomes accustomed to being positioned forward. I have an overbite so this feels extra strange, but after 2-3 minutes my bite/jaw returns to normal. I have not experienced any jaw pain.- Molding to your bite pattern is easy.- Instructions provided are well written and easy to understand.- It can be adjusted from zero offset, with 10 increments moving your lower jaw forward. Moving the lower jaw ahead is what causes the no more snoring magic. I started on position 3 and have not had to increase.- To keep it clean and fresh, split it apart and let it sit in a cup with a Polident overnight cleaning tablet. When your ready for bed give it a rinse and you're good to go.

Excellent Value and Works for Me
I bought this after my dentist noticed significant wear on my teeth and said I was likely grinding my teeth at night. My dentist was going to charge over $700 for a custom mouth guard. Forget that! I thought about buying a cheap mouth guard like the ones you can buy in the local drug stores. After doing some research, I went with the Tranquility Pro (aka Eliminator Pro) because it was the cheapest mandibular adjustment device (MAD) I could find. If you don't know what a MAD is, look that, sleep apnea, and teeth grinding up. I went with a MAD over a basic mouth guard for teeth grinding because I thought there was a slight chance I was suffering from occasional sleep apnea. I figured I could potentially kill two birds (teeth grinding and sleep apnea) with one stone by going with a MAD. In a nutshell, I gave the Tranquility Pro five stars because it was the cheapest option I could find, far cheaper than a custom mouth guard, and worked like it said it would. I've been using it for about a month now without any issues. The box claims the material is BPA-free, though there is no information about the type of plastic used so it's difficult to know if it is BPS-free as well. I didn't ding the Tranquility Pro for this as I didn't see any other similar products claiming to be both BPA and BPS-free.
