TonerPlusUSA Compatible Toner Cartridge Replacement for HP CF283A ( Black )

I purchased a 2-pack of toner. The first one worked fine. The 2nd; however, would not work. It jammed the printer every time. Since I opened the 2nd toner after 30-days, I was unable to return to Amazon. I contacted the seller TonerPlusUSA for an exchange/replacement. They refused. I explained that the product description states 100% money back guarantee no questions asked. They still refused. Very disappointed in TonerPlusUSA. Such a small cost to provide good customer service for a defective product, yet no help at all... Lot's of competition out there, I suggest buyers look elsewhere for a different toner.

This toner isn't right, it doesn't bond with the paper. In the past I've bought 3rd party laser toner cartridges that were indistinguishable from HP's expensive ones, they worked just fine. This one doesn't. The print comes off the page, it doesn't adhere. The toner is defective. Don't buy.

This was purchased for the HP M225dw. I was a bit leery ordering a non-HP toner, however the price difference was tough to pass up. The toner arrived well packaged and the installation process was exactly (plus one additional piece of tape) as the HP toner. The printer informed me that it was a non-HP product. Otherwise it has performed exactly as the HP toner in both print quality and functionality. TonerPlus did a nice job of follow-up to insure I received the toner in good order and a couple of weeks later checking that I was satisfied with product.

This is a great value as I am a teacher and am constantly printing.....I have ordered this product several times. My only "negative" is that one of the cartridges I received was defective......printed smudged lines all along one side of the page. However, based on the price, I just replaced it and it works fine. I will definitely keep using this product.

These are great cartridges. Very economical and lasts long time. I would recommend it.

This is the way to go---so reasonably priced--have had the cartridge now for almost over a year (I do a LOT of printing for business purposes)---do not buy this anywhere but Amazon or the cost will be much higher!

Good price. Not HP. It works fine so far, even though my printer felt the need to point out to me that it is not an HP product. Seems fine though.

Arrived a day early. Installed and printing as well as OEM cartridge. Will follow up on number of pages printed in the future.
