The book is excellent as far as describing and showing one the strengths and weaknesses of the engines and how to improve performance and durability for racing engines. The only thing it lacks is showing what parts to use for someome wanting a mild streetable engine with a little more get-up than a stock engine. It would be perfect if it listed horsepower and torque improvements with various parts combinations.

Very little specs on building the motor (350) rather an overview on how nobody really build the motor (350) and why. Lots of infor on 455s and specs on nailheads and 3.8t
