Perfect Size for a lunch box --- puts my old Bento Box to shame!
I've only been using it a few weeks now, but since using a Bento before this, I realize now what I've been missing. This is a perfect size for a lunch pail. Not sure that it is solid stainless steel. Not sure that the spot welds of the lock clasps will last. But, the size and design are perfect. Would be great for picnics. I place things that I want to heat-up in the top and middle sections (heat rises), though because it is metal, it will take a little longer in the microwave than otherwise. I would give it five stars if I weren't rating it so soon after acquiring it --- but, I'm weary about the lock clasp weld durability and the true stainless nature of the metal construction. After three weeks, I Love it !

Use it for my lunch everyday!
Works great! Came directly from India. Plenty of room for a variety of things. I usually make chia pudding in the bottom, fruit in the top, and a small burrito in the middle. Have not had an issues with leaking but I do keep it upright. Easy to clean!

I really like it, it takes all the food I eat thougout the day at work. Soups don't leak! )) However, it is a little bit heavy, cause it's made of steel. Besides that, it would be much better if the clasp coud be removed - it makes a lot of noise and takes place on the countertop (

For a relatively expensive item (you can find similar tiffins for cheaper) I expected more and better. Don't buy one
We purchased two "Happy Tiffins" which broke within a month (cracks around the rim). When customer service was contacted, they were slow to respond, disputed my request for service, and then didn't respond to two follow up emails. For a relatively expensive item (you can find similar tiffins for cheaper) I expected more and better. Don't buy one!

There were sharp edges where the latches were reinforced by sheet metal (I cut myself despite my best efforts not to)
I was initially going to give this 1/5 stars, and if you look at the photos, you'll know why. There were sharp edges where the latches were reinforced by sheet metal (I cut myself despite my best efforts not to), dents all over (I only attached a photo of the largest of many), and rusted areas. The reason why I bumped the rating up to 3 stars is because Happy Tiffin was very prompt in fixing the problem. Once I sent them proof that the thing came to me all dinged up, they immediately refunded my money without making me send the product back. 5/5 for customer service, but ultimately choosing the right storage/supply company to store and ship your goods to your customers is one of the responsibilities of the parent company. The thing definitely can't be used for a lunch box, since it's dangerous. However, I use the top two compartments (no sharp edges) to store peanuts.4/5 stars.

Great for lunches or picnics
I ended up purchasing this tiffin as I wanted to be better about bringing lunch to work, but all the other sectional containers I looked at seemed to have one issue or another (leaky lid, not enough dividers, etc). This ended up fitting the bill perfectly, with three different containers in a space-efficient design. I also like that it's stainless steel so it doesn't absorb any odors and cleans easily (in the dishwasher, even!). My one complaint is that the lid of the top container is VERY difficult to remove sometimes. I'm hoping with use it will become easier to take off. All I need is for my coworkers to walk in on me sobbing while trying to claw the lid off to get to my lunch. I highly recommend this item.
