If you're thinking on switching to glass bowls then do it! It's been about 3 weeks now and no issues! I love it and it hasn't given me any trouble with food so far. From the photo you can see it fits even massive sized chicken breasts with some veggies on the side. It'll take a bit of squeezing in but this is an extreme. I also filled it to fit two drumsticks and veggies along with tilapia or catfish. The rubber sealing can be sustained so be wary (I flipped the side over and make sure to not do that).Other than that it's awesome for when I need a meal to take for school or work, or Judy discipline when eating. Hope they explain how to fix the stains though. Will update for any troubles..Update: Loving this! Here is a tip:If your white rubber gets strained, place it on a cup of bowl of water with a table spoon of bleach. Let it sit overnight or a few hours and then wash it off and it's clean again!Worth the investment as you never have to use damaged plastic ever again!

I love these glass containers. For me they are the perfect size for leftovers, breakfast sausages etc. They are so easy to clean and I love the way the lid's lock on tightly. And five of these for that price was great, not to mention the extra lid.

These containers are a higher quality then the plastic kind! They are very sturdy ,easy to put in dishwasher , very tight fitting, And they stack nicely in my refrigerator. The size is best used for luncheon meats and cheese . They aren’t big enough for salads etc .but I love using them ...I take all my cheeses and luncheon meats out of the wrapping and put in glass container Immediately from grocery store .

Needed to dispose of all my old plasticware that did not meet today's standards - eliminate BPA and other harmful chemicals. These are a great choice, among many others, to accomplish that goal. Having glass containers makes them fridge to micro convenient as eating directly out of them is a quick option for leftovers. The lids snap on tightly and appear to be leak-proof, although I don't store liquids per se in them. Lids seem sturdier than other brands I have used. Highly recommend.

Why didn’t I know about these sooner! I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on rubbermade plastic bowls and never get the same size, so the tops never match. These Glass dishes are heavy, attractive and NOT DISPOSABLE. The lids are solid and snap on. I cleaned out the plastic bowl cabinet into the trash and now have two sets of these for life! Love them. Perfect size too.

It's great to store veggies, food, fruits I use for all this. And its glass as plastic is not good for food and environment

Did not like the fact that until they arrived I was not aware that the kids are not microwave and dishwasher safe. Had I known that I would not have bought them. It is written in the package when you get them.
