I was scared when I finally bought it so I watched a lot of reviews on YouTube about this product. It helped a lot because you don't get proper instructions to follow on which is the adjustment button and what not. Scary at first but it's very easy and amazing. If you're doing many body parts in one day like both arms and both legs it gets frustrating with having to pass it 2-3 times over the entire area so many hours. Once you have time and commitment to it, it will work. it's 6 months since I've been using it and it isn't recommended for using it on your period, the pain just feels worse than it is. It's way less painful than waxing, nothing compared to waxing, it's just like a slight rubber band sting. for my skin type, it does not work underarms. I'm very light brown, beige even. with dark brown and light brown hair. it works amazing on my arms and legs. After 3 weeks of not shaving or anything there has been no re-growth of hair on arms and legs. You can use on bikini line, use a lower adjustment, but for my hair type, doesn't work, you definitely need very light hair for this to work. thick hair doesn't work with this. but I Love it. no more shaving legs and arms YAY. still a big help not to shave arms and legs every day or 2. know with this device you need Patience, It Works, just be patient and re-shave the areas every week that you use it until you don't need to. me personally, I dont know how long exactly to go on using it but I'll use it until all the flashes are done to be safe. I still have over 700,000 flashes and it's been amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. GREAT PRICE. GREAT WORK.

I cannot believe it but I think this handy little device actually works. I have been using it for a month, and the hair does seem thinner, and I don't get razor burn when I shave anymore. It definitely takes some time to see results, but seems to work since I have used it consistently. I did professional laser hair removal about 4 years ago, but wasn't able to complete the process. This seems to be slowly taking care of what's left. This first month I have been shaving the area, waiting two days to do the treatment, then shave the next day and repeat. The actual treatment goes quickly- maybe 5 minutes ( but I am only doing a couple small areas). Compared to professional laser treatment it is basically painless even on level 5, a little sting sometimes and singed hair smell. It has left a red burn-like mark a few times, but they don't hurt and go away quickly. Worth a try if you have unwanted hair and are on a budget/ hate going to appointments like me.My only complaint is that the first time I used this, the counter read 999,999 but at some point during that use it dropped down to the upper 700,000's ???? It seems to be accurate since then but it makes me wonder if I got one that someone returned.

I am a licensed medical aesthetician and senior laser technician. I had many years of laser experience before I decided to stay home with my kids. I was hesitant to buy this because I thought there was no way it could actually work. I’ve had it for ONE MONTH, and I already shave significantly less than I used to. The hair that does grow back is much thinner, softer, lighter, and sparse. The darker your hair, the better this will work. I have light skin and dark blonde hair, so the fact that this is already working so well is mind blowing. My bikini and underarms are so smooth, and the pores are practically non existent. I cannot believe people pay thousands for professional LHR after using this at-home laser.Here’s the trick:-Do it a minimum of once a week until your hair growth is significantly stunted. (Follow the instructions on the box regarding how often to treat the areas. If you miss treatments, at least make sure you do it once a week in the beginning. I treat my areas 1-2x per week because I don’t have time for more than that, and it’s giving great results.) Don’t do too many areas at once right off the bat, unless you can dedicate however long it takes, often enough to follow the protocol.-after your first treatment with no adverse reaction, you can double pass (or even triple pass) the areas. I’ve double or triple passed with every treatment.-your laser placement is important. Each pulse can slightly overlap the last. This insures that there are no missed areas. You can do the next pass in the opposite direction if that helps.-edema and eurythema (redness and swelling around the hair follicles) is a GOOD thing. That’s the goal with each treatment, and it means the laser is finding the hair follicles, as you want it to. Rectangles of red skin are not what you want. If this happens, make sure your laser is in full contact with your skin each time, and if it is, turn your laser down. (This is unlikely with this tool, but good to watch for)-shave as close to the skin as possible without causing irritation. This allows the laser to penetrate down to the hair follicles, vs wasting energy on the surface of the skin (which is another reason for adverse reaction).I love this product!!! Doesn’t hurt, fast results. I recommend to everyone who wants baby smooth skin!!!

I had originally given this a five star review because the item does actually do what it claims. However, I cannot find any customer support or a contact to find out if there are replacement parts. I still have over 82,000 pulses left and it quit working.

This product was easy to use and was not painful. BUT the flash stopped working after a couple of months, so I don't know if it really worked well or not. The display shows that there is still supposed to be over 970,000 flashes left. I have no way to contact the company, but would love to know if they stand by their product. I'd like to get a replacement or replacement flash. I will edit with an update if I hear anything from the company. If I don't update, I'd tell you not to waste your money.
