Tiffalina's Diet Safe Kit (Oil-Free Hygiene Products)

I bought this set of product in order to adhere to the strictness of a no-oil protocol.What I ended up with was hand soap that did not clean anything off of my hands,shampoo that left my hair greasy and itchy, body lotion that was sticky and icky,and conditioner that had a smell no one would not want to sport throughout their day.

I honestly love these products:). I enjoy coconut oil in my diet and when I started hcg was worried about hair and skin products as I have thick wavy/curly hair and live in a tropical environment- can you say humidity?? I was very worried I would be wearing a ponytail for the entire diet but no way w these products. I have used all the shampoo, conditioner, lotion and face moisturizer during my phase 2 and I am loving the face moisturizer. Have no fear about these products because if they tamed my hair they will be great for u

I am very happy with all five items. Since they are fat & oil-free, they do have a thinner consistency than normal lotion, body wash, & shampoo. However, I have found that the lotion works very well, especially for dry skin on my feet. The body wash took some getting used to, but once I did, I like the way it cleans and washes off and it doesn't trigger my allergies to scents & things of that nature. My hair looks great and my scalp appreciates the conditioner. I use the body wash and hand soap interchangeably.

The soap doesn't clean your skin, the shampoo leaves your hair greasy, and the skin lotion feels like body soap. These products just don't clean your skin and hair. On the hCg diet, you can use Ivory Soap, and I've used regular shampoo and conditioner and it didn't effect weight loss at all.

I thought this was going to have a nicer fragrance. The body lotion smells like rubber and the consistency is like applying lub.... Gross!!

I like all these products. I especially like the body lotion. One of the things I hated on this diet was feeling like my skin was so dry. These products are safe and allow you to continue to loose the weight.
