I've drank 5- Hours Energy drinks, the little red ones, for more than a decade as my morning caffeine. Tru is a big improvement. I don't get an edgy caffeine feeling ever, it just gives me some instant clarity. And it doesn't give me a stomach ache even when I don't eat food with it like 5-Hour does.

The TRU energy shots are flavorful, fast acting, and perfect for my gym bag. I do not get the jitters or skin crawlies, just a great amount of energy to power through my workout. I prefer them chilled but they’re just as effective if they’re room temp. I wouldn’t use this as a daily “pre workout” but it is great for spontaneous gym visits or just an afternoon pick-me-up.

I was doubtful of this at first because I'm a caffeine addict lol... I'm trying to not drink too much coffee in a day so I decided to try this product in hopes that it would still give me the energy I needed. Low and behold it performed perfectly for my wake up and gym get up!!!! Will be ordering more to replace my 2-3 cups of coffee.
