The brush is pretty thin and helps make a thin precise line if that’s what you are looking for. However because it’s kind of a liquid and not really an eyeliner it’s not very consistent and you typically have to apply it slowly and a couple of times before it’s even in all areas. It is kind of buildable and I sometimes smudge a little bit on my eyelid as well to add a little bit of shimmer but only when there’s not much on my eyelid. If you have on foundation or concealer on your eyelid it mixes with the glitter and looks really crusty and cakey.
