Espresso Machine 15 Bar Espresso Maker with Milk Frother Wand for Cappuccino, Latte and Mocha,1050W,Stainless Steel/black

I have purchased this machine two times now.I like the machine for the price and it makes a good espresso.The rotary steam valve broke on my first machine.I took the machine apart and see that I can replace the steam valve but I can't find the part on the internet.I tried to contact Barsetto via their email address and they have not responded in over a week.I tried to contact Barsetto via their listed phone number but it appears that their phone is out of service.I can't give this product 5 stars because of the poor customer service.

Overall, I have to say that I'm really impressed with the quality for the (on sale) price.This little espresso machine pushes enough pressure to get a decent extraction from good quality coffee. Decent sized water tank as well, easy to read the water level through the frosted plastic and simple to refill either by pulling it out and filling or by pouring into it from a pitcher. Build quality is also a pretty good value. It's not lacking in plastic parts (like the steam wand's dial) but it is partially a metal construction and feels durable. The switches are solid no-nonsense bits that I don't expect to go for a while and from what I can tell this is pretty repairable as little appliances go. It lacks pressure controls and temp controls, but it seems like they've dialed it in to a pretty decent middle temp and I haven't gotten anything offensive out of it thus far. Certainly not for someone seeking to mess with finer settings though.The basket is pretty small for an American double shot of espresso, but for the 14 gram standard it's totally satisfactory. Lots of room for error from the pressurized basket, though I've switched mine out for a bottomless filter and standard double basket since I'm grinding my own beans from a local roaster fine enough to use one.Heats up surprisingly fast, is easy to clean, has simple controls. This is a single boiler machine, so you do have to make your espresso then let it get up to temp for steaming milk for those sort of drinks, but it'll get up there within a minute and I don't find it to be a problem. I can see it being less convenient for someone making more than one drink at a time, though. If you do steam something and then want to make another shot, you will have to either flush until it stops flash boiling or just wait for it to cool back down and the light to go off and on for another heating cycle (flushing takes maybe 20 seconds, though I think is against the manufacturer's recommendations to protect the gaskets at the shower head).The steam wand is totally fine. Not especially robust or fancy, but certainly works (though I have to clear it before use because of water pushing into the wand from the boiler. That is just turning it on for two seconds before use though and not particularly annoying.) I would recommend removing the plastic aerator if you want better control of your foam, but it does help you push air into the milk so it's totally fine for just making a simple cappuccino. That piece is just a friction fit with a little gasket, so pulling it on and off is very easy.If you can catch this thing (or whatever new edition they've moved on to) anywhere near the $60 that I paid for it, then you'll be pretty happy with your purchase.Owned 1 month as of March 2022

A few weeks after buying the water started squirting from the filter part like the seal is cracked.

This Espresso Machine is pretty good, the creme is alright, not the best but it works good enough for me to keep the machine. The steam wand is not the best but I rarely have hot drinks and normally just ice my coffees and espresso lates.

Can't figure out the frothier works. The coffee maker part works well! Directions need to be a little clearer!

It is good to have a good cup of espresso. My old machine just wasn’t working anymore. This one is very affordable for what it is and it works good. I got a nice cup FINALLY!!!

Excellent !! The quality and service were beyond my expectations.After a week of using the machine and using the different techniques learned throughout the years, I can say this machine has professionally quality. The machine produces espresso coffee with the cream and density required for an authentic Italian espresso . When using the milk with the frother it has high great quality. Of course the expertise or hand of the user, the espresso coffee blend & grind quality is also as important. and don't forget a good maintenance, Great machine.

Con solo 2 meses ya dejo de funcinar el desagüe de presión de vapor no la recomiendo 🤷‍♂️ a menos que sea para resolver es caso desechable. Pues por su valor no se puede pedir mas.
