However, when I attached the harness around my chest, and let my body slowly drop, I had several of some of the most satisfying adjustments I've ever had. I've been to several chiropractors that couldn't get this particular adjustment, which, apparently, requires this unique catalyst. I'm just so grateful for this product, and I will be using it regularly. I can still feel discomfort in my back, but it's significantly less than it was. I'm very much looking forward to seeing what happens after regular use. Yes, it can be uncomfortable in the arm pits, and tightening the harness enough to prevent that makes it difficult to breathe, but the pads help, which likely makes it better than the ones without pads.
