This stuff really helps when I'm feeling anxious!I take a half dropper each day, but in moments of high anxiety I'll take a full dropper or 2 and it totally helps me calm down.

I was unsure what to expect. However, I had read that a lemon balm tincture could help relieve stress, and is good for the liver. It tastes like a sweet tea extract, which is not unpleasant. I do seem to be sleeping better. I don't know how to gauge other things but I have been taking it twice a day.
