Great for AC
Got this to plug in a 110v ultraviolet bulb in my AC cabinet. It works well and was easy to connect to both the AC line and the ultraviolet fixture.

Heavy for travel
In fact I have used it to be able to charge my Dewalt batteries (220V to 110V). The transformer burned after few uses, so it was not the right power, I should have bought the 200 size, and this is what I have done later.

Finally found the proper device for travel with medical pump to convert current. Heavy but solid.
