Air them out. Like a new memory foam matress... these don't need to give anyone a headache so plan ahead. Wearing them over clothing will keep you liking these. Wearing them on bare skin leaves imprint marks like tight ankle socks and rub marks from the stiff velcro. Not cute if you're headed out on a date after your workout. Good photography makes them look like "an accessory" on the model. If you're under 5'5 then they wont look the same on you. They're too big to be mistaken for a bangle bracelet. That's where I thought the price was worth it based on the pictures... Now that I own them, I see that I fell for the marketing. If you really want to spend 45 on these for a "look," no one can stop you.....but since they look like weights I encourage you to compare other choices.

Thought this was my answer to the dreaded sandbag ankle weights. Loved the idea but the design still needs work. First tried as wrist weights; however, they interfered with my Fitbit, so I moved them to my ankles. Running on the treadmill proved to be an issue as they would rotate and rub against my ankle bone which wasn't very comfortable. After only a few weeks, noticed that the most bendable band on each one was ripping already (not a good sign after normal use) so I returned them.

These are awesome wrist/ankle weights, a product that hasn’t been updated since the 1980s. You can space the bars evenly across the band and - unlike traditional ankle weights - there are no beads to leak from the inevitably snagged fabric. I didn’t think that 1 lb would be enough weight but I definitely feel it after wearing them most of the day on my wrists. They do have a very strong smell, but I’m sure that will dissipate over time. -1 star for the price... I’m so embarrassed that I spent $50 on ankle weights, but I guess the “investment” makes you stick with it!

It took three wears for the strap to begin to split. I’m a petite woman (5’1”) wearing these for two-mile runs. I’m hardly putting them through the paces over here. It’s clearly a cheaply made product. It’s a shame, too, because I LOVED them the short period of time that they remained intact.

These weights are incredible – absolutely stunning! Such great quality too. I got them for walking and yoga but I think I am going to wear them everywhere! They are very comfy and soft to the touch. And I LOVE the packaging. They come with a free bag to carry them in. I am definitely going to buy more colors.

I got these for the days I am just going to Zumba and not weightlifting. They are as comfortable as they can be for wearing weights on the ankles or wrists. They are adjustable which is great because my wrists are small and these fit and can be tightened or loosened. They stay in place when I'm dancing which is what I wanted and why I got. They definitely increase the intensity of a Zumba style workout and I see an improvement in muscle tone since I started using them. Excellent product and worth the price.

It's like free and easy exercise! I wear them almost all day long and in less than two weeks see a noticeable difference in my upper arms. I haven't tried them on my ankles but don't feel the need to. I have the charcoal color which blends best with winter workout gear but will probably get a lighter color come spring. Such a great product.

Oh my goodnesss these are one of my favorite fitness finds this year. The material is smooth and the color is beautiful. I have the nude but even the nice color is good. They are a little spendy but I definitely recommend saving and waiting a little longer to purchase these over other brands.

I only bought these particular weights because they are pretty enough to pass as weird jewelry during the day. The weights are heavy enough to be felt after 8 or 10 hours of wear, but not so much that they interfere with whatever you're doing.

So aesthetic!Love them and wear them all the time.
