Principal Collection Arabesque Premium Dance Hobo Tote Bag by Danshuz

I am a ballroom dancer. I lug around 3 pair of shoes and accessories. My old bag finally gave up and I have been looking for a new bag desperately. I found this bag and was so excited everything I was looking for. It arrived today and I fell in love until I started putting all my things in it. The zipper on the outside in the front is upside down, (see photo) you can pull it across with your fingers underneath but that is so disappointing and takes the shine off of the excitement to finally find a bag. I decided to keep it because I’m desperate. The only other comment I can give is the big mesh pocket on the inside falls open after you put stuff in it, I think I can get some Velcro to fix that. Other than those two issues it’s a great bag, that said if I were not so desperate for a bag I would send it back for an exchange where the front outside zipper is installed correctly.

I purchased both the Chasse dance bag, which is more like a compact duffle bag, and this bag, the Arabesque, which is more like a tote. Both are of the Principal Bag Collection made by Danshuz, and both are well constructed, stylish and suit my purposes, which is to carry around my ballroom shoes and such.When I need to bring more than two pairs of shoes and other stuff with me, this bag, the Arabesque, is my go-to bag because it is roomier and has more zippered pockets. Also its side pockets for water bottles are deeper, so the bottles are less likely to fall out. But since the Arabesque is deeper than the BPC04 chasse bag, you have to dig around more to find stuff.So both bags have their merits and are good buys, depending upon your needs.

My wife loves this bag. She is a ballet teacher and teaches in several schools during the week. She tells me that she loves the space the bag provides and loves the compliments she got when she first used the bag. I was impressed with the quality of the bag. Not disappointed at all

I'm a nurse and was in desperate need of the "perfect" work bag. I looked all over the internet and stumbled upon this one. It is made for dancers but wow.....is it the PERFECT bag for my job. It is the perfect size. Not to big, not too small. Fits my lunch bag and all my work stuff. It has a very handy outside zipper for my stethoscope. The other side has an outside zipper that has a vented compartment that I think is meant for ballet shoes. I haven't found a use for this yet, but I'm SO excited that after so much time looking I found the one!!! My only complaint is that it only comes in black. It would have been fun to have a color/print. 5 stars nonetheless.
